Who We Are! 

Property Research Group (PRG) is a Real Estate Investment Company based in Southern California. We are a full-service real estate solutions firm that buys and sells properties throughout California, Nevada, Texas, Ohio and Maryland. Our company engages capital into creative Real Estate opportunities with various levels of renovation and value add strategies. With over 42 years of experience, we specialize in the research and due diligence that is necessary to Invest in Real Estate successfully in any given market.

Founded in 2016, PRG is excited to be part of our investment area’s Future Plans and we aspire to continue contributing to the economic rejuvenation of these geographical metro areas and its surrounding communities. In addition, we re-develop many single family and multi-family properties throughout the country with the intention of revitalizing communities and encouraging home ownership.

Our History 

PRG was founded by a group of Real Estate Professionals with a combined 90 years of  experience. PRG actively participates in the acquisition of multiple types of Real Estate. As well as managing a wide diverse range of investors, hedge funds and Self-Directed IRAs in extensive reconciliation of Return on Investment (ROI) and Cash on Cash return investments. PRG has invested over 2 million dollars in the tax lien/tax deed sales as a servicing agent and has held for investment over 26 properties in a single portfolio. Since 2008 PRG has donated 4 houses to single mothers of domestic violence and has pledged to do so in perpetuity of our Business.

Our Business Model

Our overall investment strategy and specialty is to purchase properties that require repair, renovation or a value-add opportunity, to ultimately result in selling those properties to retail homebuyers and landlords.

Our core business lies within our systems, education and knowledge of the real estate industry. We did not just watch a YouTube video and become a real estate investor overnight. We have spent thousands of dollars in the education of how to be successful in this business and do it the right way the first time.

Our Business Strategy

We purchase properties that need repair/renovation or a value-add opportunity. Buy them below current market value through various purchase strategies. We then renovate and sell these properties to retail buyers and landlords.

We Follow A Strict Due Diligence Process

We have a systematic and disciplined approach when purchasing investment properties, putting each potential investment through a strict due diligence process. This rigorous set of criteria includes, but is not limited to, the following:

• Comparable property analysis and examination by a certified, independent appraiser

• An economic study of the neighborhood, city planning and development

• Demographics of area, marketability, and growth potential

• Statistics on the crime rate • Public transportation and schools

• Overall condition of the property, including heating and air, plumbing, electrical, roof and structural condition

Rehab Overview

The home was completely gutted to the studs. Meaning home was put back together with all new Sheet Rock, Kitchen and Bathrooms. The downstairs second living room was turned into a master bedroom by opening a wall, installing a door to the downstairs bathroom in addition to adding a closet. Pluming and electrical upgrades.


Demo (Exterior):

1. Remove all debris in front and back yard

2. Replace pillars on Porch (u se structure to create pergola)

4. Remove lighting g from covered Porch

DEMO (Interior):

1. Remove all trash in house

2. Demo Kitchen and remove all cabinets
